Backstory: After the edo tensei threesome the random ninja woke up and saw ino and sakura's headless corpses as he try to find a way to get them back to life and cover his tracks then he have sent edo tensei sakura and ino back to the village to gain information about orochimaru's secret lab by subduing the anbu black ops kunoichi to locate the whereabouts of the secret laboratory meanwhile the random ninja have one last time fun on the headless corpses of ino and sakura then ino came back to his house to tell him the information he needed.

as they came to the secret lab still carrying their corpses he ordered them to put the corpse in the chamber then he pressed the screen in the revival machine and sakura’s head grow back regeneratively and her skin goes alive again then he undo the edo tensei on the first twin but the first twin is dead because of it then as sakura’s soul automatically reunited and revived with hearing the heartbeat again but she’s still unconsious and breathing for air he removed newly revived sakura then ordered edo tensei ino in the same process as sakura’s undoing the edo tensei on the second twin and removed the newly revived ino in the same chamber then he himself put the twins one by one and revives them in the same chamber both all of it were a success!.

then random ninja placed newly revived and unconsious dazed ino and sakura in the bench and gave them a genjustu to gave them false memories(sakura completing her training with the random ninja then ino meeting her and have a picnic) of what happened to them as well was safe and sound the twins however was given a false memory of both of them walking together at night then both of them fell asleep in a bench and woke up in another bench nearby ino and sakura.

the random ninja looks at them four and finally leaves the village dropping his headband for good the mystery random ninja of is unknown as well was his loyalty is unknown but presumably he came from hidden technology village. they never know.
