Smegma and stink/musk/filth is just really "in" at the moment. Other artists like saltychocolate and recently chair-san just involve scat more because its part of a filth/musk-fetish family, ie, really adjacent.

Some artists like keeping that divider though because scat is not their thing, but find smegma and sweat/musk a safer "filth" to explore, even if scat is basically knocking at the door of their artistic-skill. Perhaps milkflaker is one such artist, another example is fellatrix, though they've only just gotten into piss.
