That's not really going to help much and they will still go in and downvote it to hell on top of leaving scathing comments about the uploader and/or the artist for offending them, despite E-Hentai's warning before entering galleries tagged with offensive content like Scat. It is just catering to the entitled, sensitive retards who can't or refuse to read tags and gallery titles as well as how to use the E-Hentai Blacklist. Do not give them an inch, because they will take the entire fucking continent.
