Summary/spoilers: So basically, the lady Anneliese is a really good singer renowned across the country and an aristocrat, and is engaged with another aristocrat, the young man because her family has debt and the arrangement would help them both. Their marriage is only 1 week off. Unfortunately, the head butler eyes her up (she got them child-bearing hips, in his words) and convinces her to stay the night at the young man's family's mansion, even if she got major creep vibes from him, as he could feel he was undressing her with his eyes, as well as being disrespectful all around. He then uses the maids to drug her and then takes her virginity, with her being humiliated because the butler is a commoner and doesn't want his child. He uses the fact she's not a virgin anymore to blackmail her and starts to act as if he is helping her with vocal training by ridding her of the "ugly" lewd sounds she makes, as well as training her body. This continues and she starts to become accustomed to it, and one day the young man aristocrat tells him to keep animals out of the mansion at night because he could hear them. But the training is the pretext for her staying there and her body is rewritten to enjoy the act of intercourse over the new few days, accepting him and the possibility of pregnancy fully with a blissful look. The day of wedding arrives and everyone is looking forward to her singing, but she is missing along with the head butler, until one person comments that she has been found. The end page leaves ambiguous whether she was discovered or not, but excuses herself claiming she is training her voice with the head butler.

It's a bog standard NTR tbh, with the young man really doing nothing wrong besides trusting the butler too much. But that's what this author loves, both the blondes and them being corrupted (it's probably because he considers blondes to be "pure"). I wish the time period would have been longer, because 1 week seems like very little time for someone to throw away their values and morals like that, but that's hentai logic for you.

If this is indeed in the middle ages then most likely the farther knew about this and pretty much killed both of them or killed the butler and used the girl as of course he would know what's going on in the mansion especially with a girl as popular as her. Alas this is hentai and I probably shouldn't overthink this.

Well, it seems like you feel it's natural for this story to end in destruction, but it's all a matter of luck and trust. In the Middle Ages, where surveillance cameras, smartphones, and genetic testing technology did not exist, it would have been more difficult to detect cheating than in modern times. Even if they were discovered, they were punished according to the appropriate laws of each country.

She and the butler were tuning the song in a room (actually...) and asked the people who came looking for them outside the door to wait a little longer because they wanted to tune the song one more time. This author often draws sequels, and the ending was open-ended with a sequel in mind. Considering the author's tendencies, there is a high possibility that he will not notice until the end and end up raising the butler's child instead.

The severity of punishment varies from country to country. In some countries the death penalty was common, while in others torture or exile was common. The setting of this work is the fictional Middle Ages, and it is impossible to know which country it is or what laws and culture it has. In the last scene, her is being tuned by the butler so that her can present the best song to the wedding guests, so her is telling them to wait a little while, and her cheating has not been discovered yet. Because it is an open ending, their fate is in the realm of our imagination.

A good and complete NTR story. Thanks for the summary @fudgesickle. But page 49 "新婦様が見つかりました！" means "Bride found!" so the last page shows how they were found.

If the story continued, I assume there would be tags like "snuff" "guro" which the artist knows it might disappoint his hentai audiences. (Proof? Look at the votes here @vjbeal96 and @dkgohoz. 2 very different endings based on their own inclined imagemations.)

@dkgohoz Since this is dealing with aristocrats and an arranged marriage, depending on how rich they are, the aristocrats can basically do whatever they want, especially in this situation. The butler would without a doubt be executed, especially if they were caught how the last image depicted. Guy's a commoner defiling the bride-to-be and back in the time period this seems to be in, that's an automatic death sentence because they do not play with shit like that. Now, Anneliese is a different issue entirely, especially since her family's the one in debt. She may not get killed, but depending on how vengeful the husband's family was, her family would end up ruined almost immediately financially(the family's reputation is already toast because she's clearly been caught cheating with a commoner on her wedding day).
