This seems to be BSS at best.

MC never had a chance to begin with as Risa was already fuckbuddies with Haruto from the start, if he tried anything he would have been rejected.
Risa was only conflicted about it becoming public not about doing it with other men than Haruto as she was willing to.

Now, I find this doujin to be pretty mid, it has a lot of characters, the author even bothered to design in detail with colors however despite the large amount of pages he doesn't develops any, some of them got one or two panels. It jumps straight to the action with sex, not bad (it's porn after all) but not good either because if the goal was to deliver the NTR feeling there's no tension or build up at all.
And MC, he's just a bystander and fish out of the water, he just exists, as if his existence is just a glitch in the matrix where everyone is a degenerate but him lol.

I like how the author's made a story universe out of this because this is related to the other CG sets they've done in that it's the same school.

- A組 is the first CG set with the guy peeping on on his classmates fucking other guys in his class.
- B組 is the second CG set where the gyaru-oh transfers in and screws some of the girls in B組, making them his sex slaves(with a sequel coming because in the end of that one he's targeting the two girls who haven't been fucked yet. one being that CG set's love interest and the other girl being his classmate's love interest)
- C組 is this one of course. Already there's an established orgy group with Haruto leading it.
