This is too sloppy. Unusual hair shading. Too much details looks like a posterized version of higher detailed shaded image. The poses are awikward especially hands(like in some amateur photoshoot where model can't act natural). The middle scene has a girl's spine bent at an insane angle and supported by what looks like one non centered hand + uncompressed breasts.
Awkward shading on a male torso. Brests to head ration is noticably large comparing to old pictures of this characters.

It seems like the guy tries to sell an AI slop to his followers. Likely based on his work with some fixes, but while it looks somewhat more detailed it is a noticable downgrade for him.

@Zellos, Its posted on his official blog my dude. Different shading doesn't mean AI. Also AI is not good enough yet to make perfectly coherent CG collection with multiples images
