Is this qualifying as "netorare"?

I don't remember the movie very well, and I don't think we ever got to see her husband very well in it anyways. Is the dude she's having sex with here her husband, is what i"m asking. If not, it should get the netorare tag.

To all who are confused, I took the liberty to check out the Japanese DLsite description and read through all the dialogue:

Lisa is awaiting her husband, who is set to arrive during a really bad storm. For comfort, she screws this guy who is NOT her husband. The guy keeps referring to her husband over and over as if he isn't her husband. And as a nail in the coffin: note that she says "バカ コウイチ の チンポ より" or "better than Koichi's dick" in image 67.

Whether this qualifies as netorare or not is up to semantics. It is cheating for sure, but I will tag as netorare because many people associate them similarly.
