Part 1 had a similar structure in raw, but the english TL only translated the second version for it.

To each his own. There was a time I was into incest, but maybe it just lost it's flavor for me. These days I prefer the father of the husband/boyfriend. More than the betrayal of the wife / gf cheating the guy with some other guy (in this case, her father), it feels an even greater betrayal for your father, who's supposed to love you, to steal your loved one from you, so it's a double betrayal. If the guy's wife cheats on him with her father, it's not like he cared about her father or the father cared about him. Again, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with people liking incest stories, just trying to explain the appeal of the other version.
