I know his stuff is rather old, but Mutsuya seems to have made some great stuff involving the lovely Sailor Scouts being futanari. I wish more futa Sailor Moon stuff was made these days, much as I know the popularity has died down considerably since the 'heyday' back in the late-90s and early 2000s. Still, I will always hold the series close to my heart seeing it provided some fantasy relief for a rather... disastrous childhood.
