It would be possible for siblings, unless identical or semi-identical, to have inherited the exact opposite one of their mother's two chromosomes from her, then if they inbred, they could pass on all of their mother's chromosomes and none of their father's, resulting in them producing what would essentially be their mother's identical twin.

The chances of that are, like, 1 in 2^46 or something, but it's technically possible.
