The oldman is the wife(Hana)'s boss's who is a manwhore (2) and has been after her.
After husband (Nobu) affair (see 1&2) she got mad and called boss to get back at her husband who was going to have to watch how it feels being cheated (2) on he didn't want that and stopped it only to be pinned down by boss's accomplice (Natsume, the apathetic bitch from 2) who is some kind of sadist who enjoys this kind of fucked up play and also happens to be a judo master lol.
Wife still is vexed over the cheating and keeps going on with the affair but has second thoughts Sano basically threatened the couple (hints to kill the husband and then claim some thug was the culprit showing his true colors as a psycho) and wife is crying saying she will do it while husband told Hana to leave him behind and run away, she didn't and she chosw to obey Sano to do his play.

Preview shows the affair will continue now with sex hinting with won't be a one time thing.

I hope isn't another generic netorare but the hints are there aren't they? I hope I'm wrong and the author proves me he isn't.

Can't remember where I've read it but it seems this will have 5 more chapters. 1 chapter a year
