If the sister is their daughter then even if the boy from the mother cheated with other guy then they're still blood relate, they'd be half-sibling, different father same mother.

It's still incest at the end of the day even after they knew the mother was cheating on her husband.

EDIT: Ok, after a bit of thinking, I can see how the story can work. Like H0R0 said, the husband has to be a single parent before he married the mother. Then the mother would either have her son biologically from her husband making them half-siblings or from another guy which makes them not blood-related. I don't know why they didn't decide to explain this bit further...

Either way, since the parents decided not to do the tests, it's left as an open-ended story whether the sibling committed incest or not.

其实这个设定有点逻辑问题，就算姐弟俩母亲有出轨过，但那还是同母异父的兄妹，哪来的没有血缘关系，又不是其中一个是收养的。

@jaychoukyo 上面的人讲过了，假如父亲是二婚，姐姐是父亲这边的，那就有可能不存在血缘关系，所以蛮怪的，逻辑是讲得通的但是漫画本身没有说清楚，看作者有没有加笔
