Yes, there is!
It has been especially built into the system, for the use of people with similar views of AI, just like you.
Immediately you see AI galleries, hit the red X, close button top right of your screen.
Works every time!

you can also hide uploaders in settings as well, this one doesnt bother with right categories or tags, so until someone comes and fixes it, the gallery will be visible with those settings. Mores on the wiki if you cant figure it out from there
