lol, silly author thinks Shiki can insta-death Berserker? Oh wow, someone hasn't played the visual novels or read any of the databooks. Berserker's God Hand renders him completely invulnerable to attacks of B-rank and below, and Shiki uses a common knife to attack. His "cutting the lines of death" ability means absolutely nothing if his knife is physically unable to actually cut the target. And he can't cut Berserker, simple as that.

I'll tell you what REALLY would've happened: Berserker wouldn't even have felt the attack and Shiki would promptly be reduced to gory paste, unless Arcueid saves him, a difficult prospect since Berserker is ungodly fast for something his size and Arcuied is much weaker than she could be, since she has to restrain much of her power to keep from falling into bloodthirst.

I hate ignorant fanwanking of this kind. If they're going to put all this effort into making such a stunning doujin, then they should at least check if they've gotten their facts right.

WootMannen-san, perhaps you had forgotten that when Shiki interacts with the lines of death, they aren't really physically cutting that object.

In the prologue of Tsukihime, Shiki as a child, was able to cut the lines of a bed and a tree with a knife.
It also describes that he didn't even need to put any effort into cutting the lines of the bed, just to reinforce that fact.
But maybe it makes it easier to cut.
Well in Hisui's good ending, Shiki was able to "kill" the poison in Kohaku's system.
With that, we can probably conclude that the knife probably doesn't even physically interact with the target when cutting lines.

Also his knife can`t possible a common knife. Assuming that it`s his same old Nanatsu-Yoru.
If I recall correctly, it was able to repel attacks from Arc, and not bend nor break.

The problem in the scenario isn't whether Shiki can or can not cut Berserker, that is irrelevant. The problem is whether or not he can see Berserker's lines.
Supposedly from Nasu`s word (for what it may be worth) says he can not.
However, if one is to follow the speculation that he can not do so because Servants are already dead can't be correct as Shiki has killed both objects and the undead.
It also can't be that because Servants would then just go back to the Hall of Heroes, as Shiki is able to destroy the source of Nrvnqsr, and perma-kill the reincarnating Roa.
If anything it might be because it is because their strength or form (like how Arc at night at full strength has no lines), or is a phenomenon that Shiki is unable to comprehend, or for a reason I am not aware of at the moment.

And what really would have happened would be: ah, they never met in the first place.

Shouldn't killing a reality marble on the level of UTW render Shiki a vegetable?

In canon, Shiki cannot kill Berserker because Servants are an existence on a conceptual level far beyond him. (Also...he can't REACH them). But it was ignored to be a good story.
