EDIT: There are a ton of H-mods for Oblivion, based around one called XLovers. There's a wiki detailing the basics here: http://scratchpad.wikia.com/wiki/XLovers_for_Oblivion. The tentacle scenes (as well as the forced-orgasm scenes) are from a fairly infamous mod called Estrus.
