It looks like this has already been fully translated, aside from the 23 or so new pages that ShindoL added to the 'Becoming a Girl' storyline just for this book (he added a new epilogue chapter and chapter 3 had a new scene added to it). He also added some toner to chapter 3, which was lacking in the original magazine-scan Sayo used before (ShindoL was probably late getting chapter 3 done for magazine publication so he only half-finished it then). Hopefully Sayo will translate the new pages and re-edit chapter 3 at least.

"Added material" meaning one small epilogue chapter (I think), and numerous other short stories that (as far as I can tell) are unrelated to the main story. Though, I have to say. The epilogue by itself would of been worth the upload. Such a -nice- finish to the story. <3
