@zentetsuken: yes, unless you can master kanji and slang, it's pretty much hell. First is the finding of such kanji (chinese character), by either searching radicals (what it's composed of) or the writing dictionary search. THEN you'd have to look into all the meanings of the kanji (there are even some hidden ones, and what it means in slang talk. so yeah, when you'd have to apply it to the actual text and then apply the possible slang to it.
I tried to translate about two sentences, took me about an hour e_e
