61 and 62 were in the Jap release ova. Looks like the op or whoever created this has the OLD old old old version. I'm jelly

The be honest, image 44, 45, 46, 47 and 48 were never released in any version I have seen either. Would be nice though if somebody found the original complete episodes somewhere and shared them.
