Nope, this particular work is not prohibited content. Lilith co. does go the route of Reiq when it comes to their works being on free sites, but they are limited to works on THEIR website (Which is accessible from the states) and works that they had a hand in creating. So free websites with their hentai videos, they can have those taken down. Fam made works based off their little hentai universes, they cannot. Technically Sasayuki owns the rights to this (I think, I just know its not Lilith)
