I think Sha Tang means that he can do something like that in Second Life. Because i recognize clothing and gear that is available in SL in most of the pictures.

Simply fantastic! Though why would anybody want to voluntarily put himself/herself in such sitiations described by MassEffect? Also the author is apparently female which is a kind of funny. Don't think there are so many of them out there. Anyways it's quite true that the world is diverse and I guess it's a good thing no matter what.
