it's gender bender because this is definitely another chick Cloud set. If brothel disguised Cloud (which actually happens in the game) isn't obvious enough, Reno definitely is, and Dante.

All that link is is a link to a doujin game, it makes no mention of where his inspiration came from, he doesn't confirm or deny that the characters he's drawn for his Paperheads to play with aren't modeled off likenesses or descriptions of existing characters. It doesn't prove or disprove anything. In the end it's probably smarter for him -not- to admit it, since he doesn't own the characters and often companies are jerks about that.

They are not even inspired by the mentioned games or characters.
