Honestly I'd agree that NTR seems to imply a mind break of some sort, where the woman is stolen at first, but then chooses to leave her boyfriend/husband/etc. usually because she "can't live without this dick" or some other asinine bullshit like that.

There are a lot of stories like this that encourage a quasi-NTR feeling but simply watching someone get raped isn't nearly the same thing as watching someone have sex with someone else consensually.

Because the story doesn't continue we don't really know if this is NTR or not, but judging by the face Revy makes on page 24 my guess is that there's a lot of regret, at the very least. Also, we don't get to see Rock's reaction after the fact either.

The only way I could see this as NTR is the fact that Revy is working at a Soapland, apparently, although I don't know if she's there to make money or if she's there because she's being blackmailed, etc. Either way, this would strike me as more of a cheating story where the partner is cheating in order to accomplish something, and their S.O. finds out about the cheating. Either way, there's nothing to suggest that Revy leaves Rock or chooses the faceless men over Rock, judging by her reactions. The fact that she appears to enjoy it at one point is damning, but it's hardly enough to suggest mind-break or infidelity.

That being said, I don't read Japanese so I can't say for sure, but this definitely does not strike me as an NTR gallery.
