It could be another name used by Carnelian.
The developer of this game ALMA is a subsidiary of Orbit, and Orbit is a company owned by Carnelian.
Possibly Carnelian does not wish to use her name anymore in eroge industry. She is currently focusing on Doujinshi and all-aged games.
If you look at the drawing of heroin's eyes, like Kakyouin Kotone (花鏡院琴音), you would see similarities on many characters from Carnelian's past works.For example, Quilt and Para-Sol.
No matter who CUBE is, I believe Carnelian has participated in the production of this game as an artist.
