Spoilers:
The main character (seen in pic 437) keeps having dreams about his mother (purple hair) and two sisters (twin with short hair, and long black hair is elder sister). Just the idea of other relatives, aunts, grandmothers, arouse him. He in fact can't get aroused by any other females, even through porn. He lives in an apartment complex that is owned by his family, and the top level is only accessible to relatives. Therefore when the short haired guy (that looks like a kid - but is really quite old) and the lady with the goldish hair show up (pic 38), he assumes they are related to him somehow. The lady and his mother are quite close looking, so he assumes they are sisters.

The main character's mother likes to cook and talk about family members.

The main character's elder sister likes to hang out on the veranda and wear skimpy clothes or lingerie. He assumes she is from another father, but doesn't know why he thinks that at the start.

The main character's twin sister is very aloof and quiet. She seems to really dislike the main character.

The first night the main character smells his sister somehow, and gets up in the night to talk to her, realizing it was her who turned off his lights in his room. She jerks him off in the room and he blows his load all over her chest.

Taking the Mother's route after this, you learn that she wanted the main character to come into her room. She has larger breasts than her 'elder sister' and gave birth to the main character and his twin sister 'with elder brother'. She was born from her father and his 'younger sister'.

Taking the twin's route after the jerk session, you learn the main character is always going into his elder sister's room. This night she sneaks up and fiddles with herself during the jerk session to the smell and noise. She imagines her twin brother having sex with both the mother and the elder sister. Then he approaches her (still in imagination land) and she licks him and so forth. In real life she gets upset at masturbating to such thoughts after she is finished.

Taking the elder sister's route after this, she masturbates to the nights' activities while remembering that it was in fact her younger brother that she took care of as a child, but still masturbates while realizing the immorality of her actions.

As the story starts to pic up, the main character sees the 'kid' with the golden hair lady having sex (pic 47), and his dreams of incest get worse. Eventually the kid convinces the main character to have sex with the lady (pic 84) and he completely decides to give into his dreams.

Depending the choices made, the boy can hook up with certain family members, and if the right choices are made, he finds out a few secrets. (Here my memory is a bit hazy) The kid is in fact his grandfather, being the father of his mother. Also the grandfather of all the girls. Additionally the golden haired lady is his grandfather's sister - but also his mother's mother, making her both the main character's grandmother and his great aunt at the same time.

Now, as it turns out the kid is quite old, and so is the golden haired lady, but due to the 'curse' in the family that the main character babbles about the whole time, it turns out that not only do all the family members have dreams urging them to commit incest, but once they do for the first time, they are 'age locked'. You also learn in the end that the mother of the main character invited the kid and the golden haired lady to visit to help trigger the main character's birthright. At the same time you learn this, the kid also tells you he's not a full family member, so now that he (the main character) has taken all the women in his family, he's the true head of household.
