Apparently some group in japan published almost uncensored porn and one of the senators I think it was set out a deep investigation to catch all of them and they got fined and some jailed for lack of censoring. Which is why a lot of stuff in japan has very shitty censoring that's just smudged, because people get screwed over for not hiding what we're born with.

Makes me wonder though if you get in trouble for uncensored home movies.
