It definitely isn't, see f.ex. pics 125 and 196. BUT the pixelation is definitely way smaller than it's nowadays, and isn't really as disturbing as it usually is. This is probably closest to "uncensored" we will ever see from major japanese ero-cosplayers (unless someone leaks some raw material, of course)
