My guess is the actual narrated comic doesn't have clear continuity and that page is set further into their relationship.
Author also simply re-used pics he was posting as standalone Monday specials and two of them are pretty tame (i-chan in her part time job and one sending him a photo with the blouse she exploded when they bumped first time)
