I don't really understand the wife. I don't get why she was holding the grudge with her husband when she snapped at him for something she misunderstood. He tried to make things right and she knew it but still continued to be mad. My only real issue with this story. I feel the whole thing is pretty realistic but the wife.

Why the sudden turn of events? Would have been much better had he been given a chance. Would also been good if the girl really wished all the best for the guy instead of turning crazy all in a sudden. From the very beginning, she was always helping with his relationship with his wife. It doesn't make sense it all changed in the end. This is the primary reason the ending is so disappointing. Everyone is doing exactly the opposite of what you would expect and hope for.

Honestly this could sort of be considered a happy ending as you could get with these characters. MC and candy girl are really perfect for each other and the wife will continue living a lie pretending she is okay and happy. Only her partner has changed. Hers is the only real "bad end" if you think she still is in love with the MC.
The MC decides to embrace who he is and stop trying to pretend he is something that he isn't. Ironically he will probably end up happier once the emotional outpouring from the last chapter runs its course. The wife however doubles down on her tactic of not talking about or acknowledging how she really feels. While these aren't positive responses they are genuine. Not everyone can come out the other side of a bad situation for the better.

@climacus, interesting but she brought it on herself. While she couldn't do anything about husband being fired, she didn't have to end their relationship by sleeping with rugboy which was completely out of her character which author made to be calm, not really emotional. While i do agree that husband fcked up, he still may be excused to some degree by atmosphere and problems he had at work + home, add to that stress which could lead him to do even worse things as in suicide or some crime (crime as in assault,murder,rape etc.). His wife didn't have such problems and the only thing she was worried about was that she wanted kids. That's why i'm dissapointed in wife way more than in husband, and ending is even more dissapointing and stupid.

The daddy issues were pretty easy to spot halfway through the manhwa. Candy-girl is fucked in the head from the actions of her abusive father, and at the same time is wracked with guilt because she killed him in the car "accident". The MC resembles candy-girl's father, and ultimately she just wants him to punish her for it.

I actually liked the ending, I thought it fit the theme of the story very well. I'm not really sure how else it could have ended, to be honest. Those last two pages leave it highly ambiguous though, so I guess the reader can choose to believe that the MC lives happily ever after with his crazy yandere girlfriend, lol.

Either way, really enjoyed the character of candy-girl in this one; she has just the right amount of manic cutesy bubbly-ness, contrasted with her terrifying insane psychosis. The wife was cute, too.

I kinda liked the ending. Two people whose love has kinda died over the years finally broke up and both of them ended up with a younger guy/girl at the end. As a bonus the MC finally isn't under the pressure of the company anymore and he can start a new life. This could be a bad or a good thing in my book. I like to look at it both ways.

I love this man and will support everything he does in the future. Already bought a bunch of Drug Candy off the crappy Lehzin site. It wasn't perfect and I wish we'd gotten more of the early cute Kim/Yeul-Ah relationship/a more organic downward spiral in Kim's life, but it was still a fantastic story and my introduction to webtoons.

I could use an employee like her at my store... not the sex stuff, just her sales abilities. >_> Also, why do I feel as though a couple who has been together for four years of marriage and some time before that dating should be more open about kids and work related issues? I feel as though pride should not get in the way of him explaining to his wife that he feels unstable at his job and that is why he wants to put of having kids for a little while, that seemed to be the wife's biggest hang up aside from her unforgiving nature. Like when he offered her a ride and she just stood there and told him off, the hell. Then again my own thoughts on this is their should have been a divorce about half way through with these two, their marriage died and it died hard long before that ending. Props for the author though, I came across this a few times before reading it now, but dang once I started it from the beginning I just read the entire thing in one sitting right now, author certainly wrote a story that made me interested to see just what route each character would take. I really liked the lack of characters though, made it easy to have progression for each of the main ones he did focus on which was really nice, I miss character progression these days so that was refreshing.

That's a weird way to see this. She ended the relationship? No not at all. It ended the moment her husband cheated or more precisely the moment she found out about it. The wife not accepting how she really feels? Nope. She had feelings for the boy and in the end she will be happier than she could ever have been with her husband. Even though she loved him but so did the MC. He clearly still had feelings for his wife. The fact that she had feelings for the boy was made very clear so her acting wasn't out of character at all. Also when confronted with the extreme people tend to act extreme and somewhat unexpected. But she didn't broke up the relationship. She even came back to see his reaction and to maybe talk. At least her husband could've done something. He could've try to talk about it. But instead he decided to hit her.

The girl didn't change. She was like that from the very beginning. As shown by her ex-boyfriend and by the fact that she secretly recorded the sex between her and the MC. The issues she has didn't develop all of a sudden.

She didn't use simply use him. She had feelings for him which was made pretty clear.

Also interesting that some people seem to sympathize with the MC saying he should've gotten another chance. But make no mistake. He is a pure selfish asshole. He has gotten many chances and fucked up every time. So in the end he absolutely got what he deserved. I'm glad how it turned out and that he is not living with his wife for the rest of their lives without her knowing anything.
