that would be a helluva find if there is a serialized manga or manwha with insect survival rape.

one i personally recommend is Kyochuu Rettou. instead of a city, the survivors are on an island with giant insect. while the insect don't lust after the women, they are very much indeed food and it is pretty gory on the deaths.

edit: been reading hive since the recommendation. this manga is good, i just think he needs a seed bed full of impregnated women. most insect lay the eggs inside the host and the insects eat their way out. this manga has them lay the eggs on the body.
